West Elm — Director, Global eCommerce (2016–2023); Manager, Global eCommerce (2013–2016); Associate Site Manager (2011–2013)

Over 12 years at West Elm, I led the brand’s international eCommerce expansion across Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and India. I spearheaded strategies to scale omni-channel growth, enhancing customer experiences through innovative merchandising tactics, optimized site content, and localized digital platforms.

I ensured seamless user experiences aligned with West Elm’s design-forward brand identity. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I delivered a cohesive end-to-end customer journey. My efforts to shape impactful digital strategies, analyze KPIs, and foster high-performing teams helped strengthen West Elm’s position as a leader in the lifestyle and home furnishings market.

Cardigan by Lynne Hiriak — Site Manager

Managed all aspects of the eCommerce operations for this boutique knitwear brand, including site merchandising, inventory management, product data entry, and strategic planning. Successfully led a site redesign project for the small business, delivering it on time and within budget, while elevating user experience and site functionality.

Peclers Paris — Trend Consultant

Peclers Paris is a leading consulting agency in creative strategy and trend forecasting, inspiring, guiding, and supporting brands across industries. As a Trend Consultant, I presented seasonal trend insights to drive product innovation and shape brand expression for clients. I identified market opportunities and developed strategies to showcase the company’s services, resulting in increased client engagement and stronger brand positioning.

Sales & Account Management Roles

Early in my career, I gained valuable experience in sales and account management with notable American and New York-based designer brands. At Jill Planter (2006–2007), a renowned NYC jewelry designer known for organic, nature-inspired pieces, I oversaw store operations and managed wholesale accounts, ensuring smooth operations and cultivating relationships with key clients. At Jill Stuart (2004–2006), an iconic American fashion brand, I managed relationships with major retail accounts, driving the development of new partnerships to expand market reach. Earlier, at Katayone Adeli (2002–2003), a standout designer from the early 2000s, I nurtured relationships with boutique accounts, overseeing account maintenance and identifying new growth opportunities.
